KIDS AND TEENS

KIDS:

Tuesday & Friday

4:00 - 5:30pm

TEENS:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday

4:30 - 5:30pm

Whether your child is the budding Evander Holyfield (who began his boxing training when he was 8 years old, went on to become an Olympic medallist and four-time world heavyweight champion) or just wanting to get involved in a sport to boost their self-confidence, our Kids and Teens sessions will cater for both. 

BOXING FUNDAMENTALS

Tuesday & Thursday

5:30 - 6:15pm

These sessions are aimed beginners wanting to learn more about the sweet science of boxing and also those that feel the need to brush up on their skills.

Sessions are short and sharp. 45 minutes jam-packed with footwork drills and punch combinations.

TRAIN LIKE A BOXER

Monday & Wednesday

7:15 - 8:15pm

Tuesday & Thursday

6:00 - 7:00am

Friday

9:30 - 10:30am

 

Group fitness not like you know it. 

A boxing focussed work out that gives you an insight on how fighters get into physical shape. These sessions are targeted at improving general strength and conditioning, with the added benefit of weight loss and fitness. 

Beginners through to fitness junkies welcome!

Our school and community boxing programs provide a unique and challenging fitness and recreational opportunity guaranteed to engage and educate participants. 

 

Each person will be immersed in an informative and hands on boxing program, conducted under the guidance of qualified coaches.

If you're feeling like you need focussed, one-on-one training to help you achieve your goals then feel free to schedule a personal training session with one of our qualified staff.

Whether it be for weight loss, strength and conditioning or to brush up on your boxing and coordination - we have you covered.
