Punch Like a Girl

Punch like a girl is a health and well-being program focussing on developing personal qualities, such as;

  • Self-confidence

  • Respect

  • Leadership

 

The program is also designed to teach young girls skills to manage:

  • Peer pressure

  • Conflict (and conflict resolution)

  • Goal setting

  • Dealing with stere

We use Olympic-style boxing (non-contact) as a vehicle to help educate the girls and show them how many parallels can be drawn between the sport of boxing and life - particularly demonstrated by the physical and mental demands of participating in sport and fitness.
