Under the Hood

This program is designed to provide health and well-being information to students while immersing them in hands on traditional boxing training program.

 

We provide a unique and challenging fitness and recreational opportunity guaranteed to engage and educate students. We incorporate learning objectives within the boxing that help students link the skills they have learnt during the course of the program with real life and their day-to-day.

 

This program combines sport with other 'non-sport' components such as promoting health and wellness, leadership development and life skills. 

 

It is designed to help develop social skills, personal reliability, conflict resolution, confidence and positive self-image.
